Right-of-Way

The Florida Department of Transportation is now acquiring right-of-way for the SunRail project. The department's current focus is to purchase land needed for parking lots at station stops included in the initial operating segment of the project, from Fort Florida Road in DeBary south to Sand Lake Road in Orange County.  No land acquisition is currently contemplated for station stops that do not include parking lots.
