- This permit is for conducting any activity within/on CFRC property including:
- Right of Entry for temporary purpose only including the following activities:
- Surveys
- Environmental Investigations
- Ingress/Egress (short-term)
- Inspection (bridges, roads, etc.)
- Monitoring wells
- Soil boring or sampling
- Oversized equipment moving over operating track and/or right-of-way
- Environmental Remediation
- Right of Entry for scheduling approved activities within/on CFRC right-of-way that are covered by an existing agreement or permit. Work activities include:
- Minor inspection/maintenance activities
- Replacement of an existing facility with like kind.

- This permit is for conducting any underground activity within/on CFRC property including:
- New overhead wireline installation crossing or longitudinal to CFRC tracks
- Upgrade/modification to existing wireline crossing or longitudinal to CFRC tracks
- This permit is for conducting any underground activity within/on CFRC property including:
- CFRC Tower Installation
- This permit is for conducting any activity associated with a communication tower located within/on CFRC right-of-way including:
- New tower installations
- Upgrade/modification to existing facilities
- This permit is for conducting any activity associated with a communication tower located within/on CFRC right-of-way including:
- CFRC Underground Installation (Pipelines)
- Overhead Structure/Bridge Permits
- CFRC Overhead Structure/Bridge
- This process is for obtaining a Lease Agreement to construct and/or maintain any bridge or structure over the CFRC right-of-way including:
- New overhead highway or pedestrian bridges crossing or parallel to CFRC tracks
- Upgrade/modification/demolition to existing overhead bridges crossing or parallel to CFRC tracks
- Other structures
- Upgrade/modification to existing CFRC grade crossing
