It is the mission of SunRail to provide safe, reliable, convenient, and efficient public transportation to the citizens and visitors of the Central Florida area.

The Central Florida Rail Commission (CFRC) and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has established this Conduct Policy in order to promote the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers, drivers and the public at large that use SunRail commuter rail services.

In simple terms, it’s best described as the way to “ride right”. When you ride right, you treat others as you would like to be treated. And you show respect for your fellow passengers and the transit vehicles and facilities you use.

Everyone benefits when you ride right. Transit passengers enjoy a safe, secure, comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and the overall efficiency of the SunRail system improves.
